Refund policy
We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged full-priced item for return or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.
We will accept any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged sale item for store credit or for exchange within 7 business days from receipt. All items 50% off or more are final sale.
To return or exchange an item, please fill out the enclosed form and include it when returning your order. To request a prepaid return label email service@oakhall.com and we will email back a return label. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any FedEx location. If you are returning an item, we will deduct $15 from your refund for shipping. If you are exchanging, the shipping is on us.
You are also welcome to use any carrier of your choice to mail back your package, in which case we will not deduct for return shipping.
