Everyone goes the extra mile no matter what the situation for one simple reason—behind every transaction is a personal relationship. We truly care about our customers. Once a person becomes an Oak Hall customer, they also become our friend and we will do whatever is necessary to make sure their wants and needs are taken care of to their
complete satisfaction.
SHOP BY APPOINTMENT
For those on a tight time schedule, shopping by appointment is an available option. Once our sales associates are aware of your particular style and needs, they can select a wide variety of coordinated outfits and have them ready for your consideration. They can also act as a personal shopper for you by being on the look-out for specific items that they think would enhance your overall wardrobe. Simply choose the most convenient time for your appointment and call your current sales associate. If you are in need of a sales associate, just ask for the department manager who will make sure you are matched up with an associate who will take care of you. If you would like to shop at a time that is not during our normal business hours, just provide us with enough notice and we will do our best to accommodate you. And, of course, you can always just drop by the store anytime we are open at your convenience.
CLOSET CLEANING AND ARRANGING
Do some of your clothes seem out of date? Are you not sure how to mix and match some of the clothes you own? Would you like some new clothes for your wardrobe but aren’t sure where to start? One of our sales associates will be happy to come to your home. They can quickly assess your closet’s contents and provide you with suggestions on how to coordinate your existing clothes while recommending additions for the upcoming season to balance out your wardrobe.
MADE-TO-MEASURE TAILORED CLOTHING
Made-to-measure suits, sport coats, blazers, trousers, and dress shirts may be the answer for men who find ready-to-wear garments a difficult fit or who prefer to select their own fabric, styling, and pattern. The made-to-measure option is available at a slight premium over ready-to-wear by Ermenegildo Zegna, Brioni, Samuelsohn, Oxxford, Hickey Freeman, and Hart Schaffner Marx. The turn-around time to receive your order is between three and eight weeks depending on the manufacturer.
TRUNK SHOWS
Trunk Shows allow you to view additional fabrics and styles you may not have seen from a particular vendor as well as provide an opportunity to have any questions you may have answered by representatives of the labels. Ladies’ Trunk Shows usually include St. John, Escada, Zenobia, Lela Rose, Audrey Talbott, Vineyard Vines, Starfire Jewelry, and Judith Leiber Handbags. For men the Trunk Show line-up consists of Ermenegildo Zegna, Canali, Brioni, Robert Talbott, and Vineyard Vines, among others. Trunk shows are usually held once or twice a year but, in the case of Ermenegildo Zegna, four times a year.
RETURN POLICY
If one of our garments fails to live up to your expectations in any way, please bring it to our attention. Whether we need to repair it or replace it or provide an allowance on the purchase of another garment, we will happily do whatever the individual situation requires to make sure you are satisfied.
LIFETIME MAINTENANCE GUARANTEE
We want to make sure that you look and feel your very best in every garment you purchase from us. That’s the reason we provide complimentary maintenance and repairs to you, the original owner, for the lifetime of the garment. If you need a seam reinforced, the lining re-sewn, a button sewn back on or replaced or any other minor repair, simply bring the item in and we’ll take care of it as soon as possible free of charge, oftentimes while you wait or, at the very least, the next day. What’s more, should your garment require alterations due to your loss of weight or, dare we say it, weight gain, we’ll make the necessary adjustments that the garment will allow. All that we ask is that you have any garments cleaned before bringing them in for repair or re-alteration.

Let us know your preferred method of contact, whether by phone, by mail, by e-mail or any combination of the three, and we’ll do our best to make you aware of special events, trunk shows, promotions, and sales. We’ll also make sure you receive a copy of Oak Hall Forum magazine which is published every spring and fall highlighting people, lifestyles, and fashions for the upcoming season. Oak Hall has long taken pride in offering complimentary gift wrapping for all occasions anytime during the year. Also, do you ever need to send a gift to a friend or relative out of town? Or, ever found yourself on a trip when you remembered someone’s birthday or other special occasion here at home? No matter what the situation, we can easily solve the problem. Simply stop in the store, send us an e-mail or give us a phone call. We’ll gift wrap your selection free of charge and ship it out via FedEx for a nominal fee based on their shipping charges, depending on your need for one, two or three-day delivery.

For anyone on your gift list who you think would prefer to experience Oak Hall first-hand (or when you’re not sure of someone’s personal style or size), Oak Hall Gift Certificates and Gift Coins are always a fitting gift. Gift Certificates are available in any amount you choose. Our bronze Gift Coins are available in denominations of $25, $50, $100, $250 and $500. We’ll be more than happy to gift wrap them for any occasion for you and send them via FedEx for a nominal fee. Best of all, there is no expiration date on certificates or coins.
